Nitrox course - is it a rip off?

cerich, what exactly is the NAUI Nitrox "recognition" card? Can you get nitrox fills and rentals with it? How does it differ from other NAUI nitrox certifications?

it is the whole nitrox course without the dives. A specialty card can only be issued with dives. You can get fills/rentals with it. After you complete 2 dives with nitrox and have them signed off you can then get the specialty card. Either one works fine.

Back in 1995 i became a TDI Nitrox instructor with a class only, had never dove the stuff.....

So you never properly learned that special "putting the regulator in your mouth and inhaling" nitrox breathing technique
