I thought that was a little odd too. It mentions that guy from the museum quite a bit, as though he was the inventor.

Original concept invented in 1969 by Mike Humphrey and Mike Borrow and was known as the JIM suit.

Try again. Atmospheric suits have been around since a lot longer than 1969. Hell, the diving museum in Isla Morada has suit examples older than that.
