I have a two year old OCi dive computer, and a heavy user as I'm an IDC Staff Instructor. The computer works great I have no issues at all, and refer my students interested in high end computer to look at the OCi. The one problem that I have encountered with the computer is the buckle on the wrist band. The watch band pin configuration in just not strong enough to withstand the wear diving puts on it. I have lost three buckles to date, which could have resulted in the lose of the computer. I tried everything until I replaced the buckle with a screw type buckle. This is a simple fix hat Oceanic needs to do to this units.

I have the same computer and as of yet have not had a problem. But, just in case could you post a picture of the how you fixed the problem?

Sorry for the late response here is the buckle that works, it uses a screw.
