I've been going to the gym since I retired last year, but for the last two months or so have been adding some free weight work...squats, deadlifts, bench presses. I won't win any competitions, but I could tell that hauling the gear around was definitely easier on this last trip. Too bad I probably won't be using the doubles again, but the rebreather is much lighter and 100+ minute dives are no big deal.

Congratulations, but were the tanks empty or full? Makes a difference you know! Just teasing ya. I'm 67 too and am looking at sidemount rather than carrying doubles on my back.

It's even harder if the tanks are filled with water. Did that to my buddy. :rofl3:
