I own one...but I use the DIN connection option....No problems

The only downside...its sensor replacement is Expensive!

Go check out http://oxycheq.com/sensors.html

The comparable oxycheq 02 analyzer and replacement sensor on the website to the OMS analyzer and the replacement sensor are about the same price as I can get from my LDS.

What is the difference?

I have only had to use OMS customer support once. I recieved a tank without a boot. I called them up and had a boot in 4 days. This is my only experience with their customer support, but it wasn't a bad one.

If you had surfed the site or if I had added the following reference :)

http://www.oxycheq.com/OMS_sensor_change.html

You would have found that you can change out sensors yourself...and Oxycheq's sensors will give you a three year life of operational air exposure...

I have been happy with their assistance :)

And if you don't want to do the conversion...they will for $15 + cost of sensor

What kind of Customer Service issues are/did you experience?

Why are they different from other vendors?

Can you shed some light on this as I am interested in this product and would like to know what issues you have had to deal with?

Thanks, AZ Divers
My customer service issues could be due to the fact that I am in Guam and they do not want to bother with the customs tag they have to attach to all outgoing packages. None the less, I am the customer and have had problems on three seperate occasions with unanswered emails and non returned phone calls. I can understand not wanting to call back to an overseas location, but email.....IT'S FREE!
