I'm a Fish!
Went for a couple of dives on a reef called Othmans at what's called the Inland Sea in Qatar. Managed 68 minutes and apart from it still being 33C in the water it was a great relaxing dive. Took my kid down to 2.5 meters for a few minutes for him to experience diving in the ocean...he now wont stop talking about learning to SCUBA. Please excuse the rough filming and editing, still a lot to learn on that front.
Dive details:
Time: 68 minutes
Gas: Air
Average depth 10.4 meters
Max depth: 14.5 meters
Currents: Low due to it being low tide, second dive not filmed had a slightly stronger current. It can be a drift dive at times
Vis: As you can see not great, second dive was a lot worse. Around 5 meters
As you can see a fair amount of life, even saw prawns, turtles and rays are noted on this reef at times, juvenile groupers and blue angels a plenty

Pretty nice
Is it a shore dive?
Yeah shore dive, area takes 30 minutes off road through dunes etc to get to. Then its a 8-10 minute swim to that specific reef. There is a closer reef just off the ledge line, but it was swarming with Jellies that day so we gave that a miss. 4 stings was enough for one day
