Wreck shore dive, the barge was sank in the early 90's as an artificial reef. There are a couple of penetration points but as you will see they are just small square holds, but good for penetration practices and hiding spots for fish. Usually a fair few barracudas, blue angles and bat fish at this location. Whilst this is a shore dive its a fair swim out to it, but there are guidelines so hard to get lost.
Dive Time: 40 minutes
Average Depth: 12 odd meters
Max Depth: 20 meters
Water temp: 34c so warm as hell
Gas: standard air

Good to now I visit RAK often as have very good friends there, will have to bring the dive gear next time

Aljazeera Dive Center is excellent
Staff, facilities, boat, and they even do trimix gas fills

Alas, visibility is usually just terrible

Vis is always bad in Qatar. Cant have everything
