Species "In the Management Unit" are not defined in the CFR. Reread my previous posts where I have provided links for you.

Since my last post was over your head so I will simplify it.

A pierced (substitute whatever body part you wish here) in a (substitute any species of fish or lobster here) is prima facie evidence of spearing.
