Dave is one of my favorite people in the Panama City dive community. With him it is very hard t tell when he is telling a story and when he is relating an actual crazy as all get out event that happened. I love guys with that much character. He is amazing in the water and I have seen him coax octopi (plural!) into his BCD and bring them up to the boat, back when I was driving the Fintastic. He can also pet flounder like a kitten, I've seen him do it. And he loves to spin a yarn from time to time just to see if he can get away with it.
