Not been to Lembeh in February myself but there's post in the Indonesia section today from someone who has:

It's been very mild lately, we've had some rain around 1pm, but over-all it's been unseasonably dry and diving's been great. And usually February in the Strait is even better. Also, Lembeh Resort is out on Lembeh Island and although clouds can gather over the volcanoes they doesn't usually gather over the island. That's why we like to say "Welcome to the Sunny Side of Lembeh"
