Humanphibian, I discussed the dive plate with TPWD staff and have a meeting with senior staff next week. For this to become a reality,divers need to express support for buying the dive plate on this thread. With enough support we can make it happen.
We would get at least 3, possibly a 4th for our utility trailer.
I'm taking a poll of our dive club and will post the results here in the next few days.

If there was some way to get the dive shops involved, this might also improve the odds of participation and ultimately approval.
