Apollo Bio-Fins for most of my diving, Aqualung Blades I for travel due to lighter weight.

For teaching O/W class I use Slingshots
For the Sheriff's Dive Team new style rockets
For Drysuit either Super Force fins,Force fins or Slingshots
All have either bungi straps or spring straps.

Dude, poll closed already? Oh, well, at least I was busy diving/teaching.

Cressi Sub Rondine Gamma

Don't even know how old they are, maybe 25 years. Solid, stiff, vented, a bit narrower and a deal longer than Jetfins. Heavy. Added spring straps a few years back. Don't think I'll ever wear them out. Hope not. No longer made. And I'm quite emotionally attached to them.

Tusa SF-5x, wet and dry (sometimes it pays to have small feet).

Originally picked them up for travel and wrecks as they are a little shorter than the Tri-Ex I was diving at the time, then discovered that they move me just as well -- if not better -- for less effort expended.
I went out and bought a second pair to go with my drysuit.

The poll results:

Out of 131 votes:

Paddle fin users total = 96
Of those, 39 using Jet fins

Split fin users total = 29
Of those, 11 using Apollo Bio fins

Force fin users total = 6
(I placed Force fins into a separate category because I didn't know which group they belonged in)

How many members on SB? Something like over 100,000 if I'm thinking right, and
SB is a very small cross section of the entire global diving population.
So basically this poll means absolutely nothing except to maybe tell us what the most fanatical and vocal SB users use. :idk:

I read on the internet that I'd DIE if I used split fins.

Your poll was WAY too short.
