Just got my light canon and the beam just looks great….I will dive it tomorrow, but for now I am very happy with it… :14:

Yes, it is the shape of the battery contacts. The LC is not the only light that has trouble with Energizer brand for this reason.


No... it's not the shape of the contacts... I found this on a another post on this board -and it works as I have tried it myself:

You can scrape the coating of the ends off the energizers using a pen knife (I used a wire brush) and they work fine.
