PST Tanks...Still Worth Buying???

The New exemptions was just emailed to us (we area DOT RIN Facility)... New date is 31 Dec 2018.
And, the exemption does apply to use... if it had expired, we are not allowed to hydro or fill for anyone.

Yep, I have heard reports that the PST exemption is being refiled (although perhaps it won't e in place before the old one expires)
