The tanks look to be in great shape for being so old. Bring them in to get checked out! I wish I had a cousin like you do.

It was manufactured in 97 and his last VIP was in 98. So he clearly bought the tank new and used it at most 2 years. Looks to be in perfect shape. Get someone to do a VIP and go diving.
