I eat out a lot here and have never seen lionfish on the menu. I have only seen one lionfish so far here in the Keys.

That's because all the recipes we have waiting made them too scared to show their ugly fins! :)

Lionfish are actually terrified of neon colors, split fins and dangling consoles and have thus far avoided John Pennekamp and surrounding waters...:)
 
I am just sitting here wondering....:confused:
When these evil little Lionfish start to set up house in Pennekamp, Looe Key, and the other parts of the sanctuaries......
