Very nice budget place I stayed at was Posada Arco Iris, I had a no a/c room with a fridge and it was $34/night. A/C rooms and rooms with kitchenettes are available. The nicest part is that they are the only place in West End that has their own spot of beach and beach chairs for guests to use. Also, the kayaks are no charge. It really was a nice place, located right behind Argentinian Grill.
For excellent diving I recommend Reef Gliders all the way......awesome people, just amazing!
