Salsa is really just much a matter of personal taste. So, start off with some finely chopped tomatoes(just the flesh, peel and deseed them first) onions and something hot( jalepenos etc.) Then the only limit is Your own Imagination and taste buds. :wink:
 
Try adding either fresh pineapple or papaya to your salsa for a change of pace.....

start with a 6/8, accent the 1 and 3 beats, add a 1-2-3 4-5 percussion

mix in some horns and...

voila
 
My favorite party salsa.

finely Chop and blend:

fresh mango
black beans
hot chili pepper of your choice
cilantro
tomatillo
lime juice
garlic
onion

Serve with warm tortilla chips. Yum!
 
Ingredients:

1 Airline ticket to Mexico
2 each of my best friends
3 orders Tacos al Pastor (with the pineapple)
SALSA to taste
