Invaluable for descents & initial external surveys on dive/wreck sites with a strong opposing current, and you're geared up in doubles and deco bottles. Saves you a lot of gas, effort and energy. . .

And FUN!!! Even makes a boring dive exciting!

Awesome Ben. Would have been fun to use one of those in Anilao. :) I like the sticker too!

btw, nice pics.

Chip,
come on out here and we'll cruise the kelp fields

Mike,
Don't tempt me... that'll start another fund

Congratulations! Gotta say, as much as I, like Lynne, enjoy poking around a small area and moving slow... scooter diving looks incredible.

Have fun!

C'mon Ben! A beautiful new shiny black X-Scooter --now totally defaced with a PPD Sticker! (Couldn't you find a WEDT one instead?)

Completed my stand... (Thanks to Dave Swift for the help). Took about 20 mins and a hacksaw. Did my second dive on it... towed a buddy... got more than 60 mins trigger time and itwas still going strong. Makes old sites seem like new.

It's like pressing the fast forward on a porn to get to the good parts

Once you've flown a DPV regular finning feels like treading water. They're also nice for just getting to a destination fast without wasting gas. I'll fly out to my lobster spot, park the scooter, grab a bagful of bugs and fly back. Fun and efficient!
