Scuba gear in San Diego (??)

Im going to be in San Diego over a weekend and will be purchasing Scuba gear. I could use some recommendations (I would appreciate more than one place so I can see options) as to where to shop, it doesnt have to be in San Diego itself, it can also be somewhere within reasonable driving distance. Finally, does someone have the zip codes for San Diego handy? I could really use these to take advantage of the dealer locator functions that are on most websites.

OMNI: I also need to buy some golf gear, what are some good places I should check out? Is there a Nevada Bobs in San Diego...?? Thanks!!
