Since I have never used a stick or a hook (but I got a stick from Christmas), could someone tell me how the stick and hook are used responsibly? My understanding of the stick is to plant it in sand to keep yourself from drifting away - is there anything I should look for before planting the stick - like a ray? I have no clue on the hook. I am imaging a large meat hook. I guess I should not use the hook on my diving buddy. :p

Hi, I found this tread quite interesting: How to properly use a Reef Hook

Haha! We should hope not!

Thanks!

I can see both my Camera, Strobes and Gopro
working overtime during this trip.
5 dives per day, endless new critters to capture and coral everywhere.
Not to mention Rox's Gopro doing the same thing.

Thank GOD for 64GB cards and Terabyte portable Hard Drives.

I've seen tons of pictures and videos of ribbon eels before, but I never new they were that small. I can't wait to see one in person.

I May Have To Add This To The Critter Hunt List
I Can Tell You I Will Definitely Be On The Lookout For Them
Wondering What The Entire Creature Looks Like

That is one creepy creature, I hope I don't run into any of them
