ScubaPro Galileo Sol -- Hard to read?

Have you checked the display contrast? It might be too light or too dark. I keep mine about 1/4 of the way from the far left, just to the right of the t under Light. Do you know how to check the display contrast?

Yup, I have tried changing the contrast. It didn't help.

I'll post some shots of the screen this evening. And I'm going to try to see an in-store unit this weekend to compare. If it turns out the problem is me, I guess I'll return the Sol and await the Liquivision Lynx. Or get new eyes.

Weird. I dove my Luna for the first time today. I found it very easy to read underwater. I am very pleased with the computer.
