1. Fishing Gear

2. Snowmobiles

3. Cars

4. Trucks (18 Wheelers)

5. Airplane

You would not believe the stuff you find at the bottom of a fresh water lake in northern Canada. My Dive buddy and I came across a very well preserved vintage Folker open cockpit aircraft last year. The Aviation museum in Winnipeg is hoping to organizing a salvage for possibly this summer or next year at the latest.

Wreck Big 5:

1.) Scapa Flow
2.) Great Lakes wrecks
3.) Truk
4.) NC outer banks

(4) Whale Shark :crest:
(5) Shark (Great White as long as I'm in a cage) :mouth:
(6) Whale
(7) ......OK its too hard to limit to five.

How about:

5. The chance UW encounter with open-water dolphins (as opposed to a "dive with the dolphins" program).

4. Whale shark

3. Hammerhead shark

2. Marlin

1. A sleeping shark (any variety)

Currently at 2 of the 5, but working hard to do them all!

As I started I had better post my fairly predictable 5.

1. Whale Shark - I will never tire of being so close to these magnificent and gentle creatures.

2. Thresher Shark - yet to see one.

3. Eagle Ray - To my mind the most graceful creature in the ocean.

4. Hammerhead - yet to see one.

5. Frogfish/Anglerfish - very curious things, have you ever seen one walking?

As a big five list I kept to wider distributed creatures and did not include some of my smaller personnel targets. Thats a whole new list and a lot bigger than 5.

Neil

4. Sea Horses (I never tire of these)
5. Sunshinefish (my namesake - has anyone ever spotted one of these?)
