Should I take the Rescue class?

I don't have the certifications but I get annual training on CPR and AED devices. I haven't had a first aid course in a while but that doesn't change as often as CPR.
I'm not sure what O2 trainng is.
If a rescued diver needs to be towed 3000 feet against a current we better use more than one diver towing or come up with a better plan.
 
O2 training = oxygen first aid = administering oxygen to a patient.
Handling of oxygen tanks and various ways of administering oxygen (masks and stuff) are included.
I believe DAN has made it to three cour$es.
