Seems that when you show them a super-duper tec card for nitrox and an instructor card (which they needed because while they will accept a super-duper tec card as proof of nitrox cert they will NOT accept it as proof of OW cert) and tell them you've been to Bonaire before... and that you're from NJ... they seem to just hand you the tag as long as you promise not to molest the fish... or the other divers.
