I'm confused! Are the beer cans there to hold apart the tanks? Is the one on the back for after the dive, or during? Where is that pink webbing going to on the lower left?

How come he didn't just use kegs instead of tanks?

That thing looks like it will fall apart as soon as he hits the water.
