that is funny had to look at it good could not believe that is legit there is no way those are selling good lol
 
I gather from other places on the Web where these items have been discussed that they were designed for an art project.

However whimsical High Tide Heels are, the foot pockets minus the high heels and the blades might still make excellent beach shoes, offering much more foot support and coverage than current aquatic slippers such as flip-flops.

but sadly they don't respond to emails from members of the public and nobody seems to be retailing the product.

Caravelle fins in the 1960s consisted of a rubber "golosh", or free-standing beach shoe, with sockets at the sides where a plastic blade could be attached:
