Regarding vision/eye problems following the use of scopolamine.

Indeed when using the patch if your fingers contact the drug delivery disk and then are put near your eye, blurred vision & dilation of the pupils may result and may be accompanied by redness & discomfort of the eyeball.

However, blurred vision & increased sensitivity to light are known side effects of the drug even when the chemical does not get directly onto the eyeball itself.

You can't address the problem if you don't know which mechanism is the cause.
