Hi Frank,
I was looking at stopping in at Mona. If I do not land, keep yellow flag up, do you think I may get away with a dive or two? Not happy to go all the way to Mayaguez and back track. Is it well patrolled by Coast Guard?

If you are sailing down the intracoastal, you might as well stop along the way and do a dive at the Blue Heron Bridge.
