Well, we as potential content providers can help make this network more interesting to its market. I'm always willing to help out if it means broader exposure of the underwater world to other divers and especially the general public. Heck, most of my audience are non-divers and I'm very pleased with that. They ARE my target audience for the most part.

Go Doc!!
Get it on DirectTV also!!!
I've got DirectTV but I can't find it.:help: What # is the channel?

I agree - too many infomercials and a somewhat random schedule mean that I rarely watch the Water Channel even though I love their diving shows. Also, they have way too many fishing shows for my tastes. They could put up raw underwater video footage and and I would leave the channel on all day long.

Hmmm... I've got plenty of "raw" underwater video footage, but I'm not sure my models would sign the necessary releases (especially the sea urchins).

Sounds like your videos may need to be on Pay Per View!

Well, they don't call me the "King of Underwater Pornography" here in SoCal for nothing. "Mating and Munching in the Macrocystis" is the name of my game. Far more interesting than just learning scientific names that will change with the next edition of the field guide!

Hey guys

Couldnt help but read this post. I dont want to give out to much information but we are currently editing our second issue DVD into a TV series for the Water Channel, and many others, stay tuned.

Excellent, DiveZero... look forward to it. Is your programming going to focus on diving there or globally?

We produce 4 segments per year, first issue was Grand Cayman and British Columbia, second issue was in Roatan. They include sections like Trick tips, which give new divers a good insight on some dive skills they dont learn in open water, theres a tune up section, get to know whats going on in the dive world. Issue 2 - Roatan Edition - includes a lot of cool diving that anyone in the world can take in, such as information, shop checks, wreck dives, shark dives, and a lot of cool entertainment, plus really cool commercials from up and coming dive companies in the dive industry.

Best way to understand would be to check out our site, trailer will be posted very soon as well. Very interested in your work as well. Send me an email.

Luke
