Hi,

Is it safe for someone who has undergone orbital decompression surgery to dive?

Thanks,
Cat.

This is an interesting question. The only thing that I could see causing a problem is if the sinuses are partially are totally blocked. In this case, the contents of the orbit could be compressed through the holes in your sinus walls created in the decompression surgery. I would consult an ENT or oculoplastic for an examination and personalized answer.
