I'll swim one length (25 yds) underwater and flip over on my back for the return trip.... all legs, no arms, both ways.

Are you saying you do 50 yards swimming underwater, using only your legs, and without any fins? Geesh, that's impressive.

No, I only do the 25 yards one way under water and, on the return trip, I'm on my back at the surface with face out of the water. Plus, I do have fins on... so not very impressive :11doh: but still it's more fun than just swimming laps. Still, I'm hoping that it'll prepare the right muscles for the vacation activities. The muscles needed to bring beer/margarita to mouth are already in fine shape! :14:
