This is a bit late, but wife and I went diving for a couple of days mid-April.

Not a lot to report. Wind made it so we had to dive more West Caicos and North areas. This is fine diving at nice wall sites, but does mean a longer boat ride. (about an hour.)

We dove with Dive Provo, which we liked a lot and would definitely dive with them again.

We stayed at the Royal West Indies Resort, which we probably won't do again. It wasn't bad, but it was just kind of an average place. Last time we were on island, we stayed at Beaches, so we were a bit spoiled in terms of restaurant / amenities, etc., but this place was just kind of lame. When we showed up, rooms weren't ready and had to change into shorts in a crappy back bathroom, which is no big deal. But just leaving our bags sitting in their main lobby while we biked into town for lunch? That didn't thrill me. And their bikes were a bit in dis-repair as well. Their restaurant was average. Same with staff. Again... not bad... just weak.

The great thing about Beaches as an all inclusive is there's zero issues and diving is included as well, but it is expensive. When we go back next time, we think we'll do a couple of days at Beaches and then a couple of days elsewhere and go with Dive Provo again.

Dive provo is a stunning operation!
the one issue with Turks & caicos is the day boats have run times to sites is around 55mins to 70mins the only quick run is from turtle cove marina out to grace bay which dont get me wrong the sites are great but a whole week in grace bay is not ideal
beaches is beaches (all inclusive family resort lots of kids not to everyone taste but it has its place)
try liverboard 5 dives aday if you want great food easy life!!!

Ah, but the ride out to West Caicos and back relaxing on the bow or upper deck on Fifi's Caicos Cat makes the time go by quickly. You just can't plan to do much in the afternoon when you get back.
