I’ve never heard of such a thing before, but this fella on the Facebook is adamant that you can run different mixes in each cylinder on a twin setup.
Seems like bad advice, but then again I’ve been wrong before.

I'm not a tech diver... but looking at it from an equipment standpoint he's not wrong. It could be done. But even as a recreational guy that only looks into the tech stuff from a curiosity standpoint, it sounds extraordinarily stupid.

But, what do I know!

I've seen people run different mixes in independent doubles (for CCR), but doing that with just closing the manifold? **** no.

Unless your diving a Choptima in Open Water with BM LP50’s doubled. Dil in one tank, Nitrox in the other.
