woo got some of the effects of the typhoon in Subic Bay on Sunday nite and all this morning... lots of rain... Just non stop hard rain all nite and thru most of hte morning. But it took me #$$%&!! 4hrs to get back to Manila by car from Subic!! Fortunately my flight out was in the evening.

there was one typhoon in '95 where it took me 6 hours to drive from makati to my place. that's about 25kms :D
