I too found the Adwords to be a waste of money. All the click costs were coming from bogus east Europe web sites. Never got anything from it but costs. The best money is on a decent standard web site and most new business comes from that or my direct contact efforts. Turtle you are in a slightly different market than diving and the cruise business might just be different animal but that is a good start. You need to find out from current customers where they got to you from and consider more of that.

Non of the sailboat guys seem to be doing anything with google. My boss swears by Adwords...of course he's not running a charter. Basically I need a lot more reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp...and to keep re posting that Craigslist ad.
