You can always use a "Payday store" to get some extra cash. I hear they have very attractive interests rates. Especially for apeks predators - like (loan) sharks.


Quite frankly americans are addicted to having credit debit. They say the average american has something like over $10k in credit card debit. What this says is there are huge number of people living beyond their means. Which is what the home mortgage fiasco is really about. The 12 month same as cash are just a way of getting people to spend money they often do not have. And as noted that is what the financing people are hoping. Personally, there are three things in life that are worthing paying interest on - an education, a house and medical bills. Everything else should be "cash." I am not saying do not use a credit card or offers like this - but use them with the idea that the debit can be paid off immediately at any given time just like as if you were using cash.
