Wow I'm a little surprised to see a group of +2's and a couple of +3's. Using my curret training and the bottom time that I would like in the cold conditions that I dive. I was liking the looks of the +2 planning. Its really nice to see I'm not the only one. Thanks
 
Same as others..2, then tweak it...I also do the calc's. manually first to stay in practice then compare results..Puts the dive(s) in my memory as well as on a wrist slate and dive computer...Kind of a triple redundancy system.....
 
Depends on the profile, gasses used and conditions.

Generally i use:
100ft air dives with strong nitrox to deco +0 or +1
200ft trimix on O2 +2
300ft trimix on mixed gasses +3
