From time to time a get a nasty case of vertigo when ascending. Most of the times I fell nausea and some times I do vomit.
I do fell one ear equalizing faster than other. Some tip?

thanks

One possibility:
“Transient vertigo almost always is due to " alternobaric vertigo " due to unequal middle ear pressures during ascent with resultant unequal vestibular end-organ stimulation.”

Since you seem susceptible, you might combat it by getting in the habit of actively equalizing on ascent, perhaps by passive means such as the jaw-thrust.

Thanks, found lost of material on equalizing methods.... They only teached my the valsalva, didin´t know that there were so many of them...

I can´t wait to test them on the water.
