Hey Georgia...
I'm coming to Savannah (to visit my son who's stationed at Ft. Stewart and just got back from Iraq) and I'd like to dive Gray's Reef maybe on any day July 30-Aug 1 (Sat, Sun or Mon).
I have some questions:
1. Is it a good time of year to dive the area, i.e., hurricane season, how is viz, what are water temps, etc.
2. Can you take me (us, my son too) out on your boat? I'm on a tight budget, can help with boat gas, rent tanks and weights, but can't really do a charter.
3. Need a buddy who knows the reef and willing to dive it with me and show me around. I have around 40 dives logged, am PADI AOW certified. Working on Rescue.
Show me some of that southern hospitality I always hear about.
