Viz / Hydro regs ?

Hi,
Living in Cuernavaca Morelos. I have some tanks that were last hydro'd/inspected in 2009. Was wondering what the rules for that were in Mexico. Same as the US ? Viz every year and Hydro every 5 ? Can anyone give me an idea for costs here in Mexico ?

Viz isn't required in Coz or many other Caribbean destinations. Current hydro is; not sure but probably every 5 years. Hydros take time and special equipment so you'll want to find nearby facilities. Ask area dive shops if any, and I've heard of some south of Mexico City, but don't remember where. Fire extinguisher testing facilities may work as well.
