Now, it's your choice. I doubt you will find something cheaper and better than these with a features you want.

Tygh, great site, nice watches, but the dive watches are all BIG. I will reccomend it to my guy friends though.

Katz, those are very nice for the price, Invicta might be the way to go. I'm going to find out how reliable the movements are...

PlsDiver the Citizens also look good but the site doesn't mention size or type of crystal used, but I'm sure I can find out. More research!!!

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate your taking the time to help me out, you guys are great!!!

More suggestions also welcome just to thoroughly confuse me :)

That's swiss ETA 2824-2 used by Tissot, Maurice Lacroix, Fortis, Cartier, Tag to name a few. Should be pretty reliable.

Seiko Diver 200m. All you ask for except the uni directional bezel. It should be only one way. If you bump it back your bottom time is less than it really is. Bump forward more decompression time is better than omitting. Just a thought.

the Citizen Aqualand Duplex sounds close to what you're looking for. I don't know what the crystal is made from. The best prices I have found are Here The prices listed are MSRP the actual prices are much less. The stainless steel model is near your price range, but I'd go with Titanium for a little bit more.

Check out Luminox. I got one for Christmas this year and I love it. I got the Mens Stainless and Carbon Fiber with the Black Bezel and the Blue face. The clasp has a section that extends out so that it will make the band just a bit larger so that you can wear it over your wetsuit, when you are done diving just snap the extra part of the clasp back under the clasp. A link to their catalog is below. The glow in the dark dots to indicate time and where the bezel are set are the brihtest I have ever seen and the dot for 12 is orange so that you can determine if you are looking at the face right side up in the dark (if you pulled it out of a pocket for instance). I think the price is right around what you want to spend.

Just wondering about the titanium... sounds good I guess, but don't know much about it... why do people prefer or not prefer it??

I am looking for almost exactly the same thing... good thread... keep them coming!
