How are the water temps down here in So Fla with this heat wave thats going on?
Seems like the only safe place outside is in the water, lol
 
Currently 82 to 90.

Heart breaking. I dove Key Largo a couple years ago and all the hard coral was dead. I've seen some reports that scientists are working on breeding corals to be more resistant to the warming climate. Hoping for the best but it doesn't look good.
 
Yes UoM and possibly others are trying
We volunteer with them for some coral planting and cleaning. They are studying and working on more heat enduring coral
