that's fine - someone could put a bungee on the d-ring if needed. it's just a pita if there's nowhere to fasten a bungee!
 
Ok... adding to pockets on the side, friends above mentioned it all I guess, less drag, better access, keep your stuff higher, whith less risk of silting, specially in caves.
 
I sent my 5mm to Chris to put bellows pockets on both legs. She was great to work with. She even sent me pictures of the patterns in the proposed locations on the sides of the legs and called me to verify placement. I just got the suit back today and the pockets look great. They are both sewn and glued on. I highly recommend Terrapin Wetsuits for anybody that wants to add pockets to a wetsuit and doesn't want the hassle of trying to glue them on themselves.

Now I think I'll send my 3mm shorty in for some pockets.
