After MANY years as a comfortably successful independent instructor , I don't think the current industry CAN help independents. Everything is too tied to the pursuit of high volume. However potential independent instructors can certainly help themselves. As stated on our website and in previous posts, our instructors find their own students, conduct ALL of the training, retain ALL of the training income, then after certification refer students to an affiliate facility for equipment. Our system has been around for MANY years - the background and philosophies are listed on the website.
