SP part 10117209 HP valve Mk19 has a white outer guide (SP 10116106)
SP part 10719209 HP valve Mk19Evo has a black outer guide (SP 10719106)

What is the practical difference(besides the color)?
It is one of only three differences between the two service kits (the other two are o-rings in the turret attachment).
