I disagree. If they let you do your own thing it is not what I would consider a "cattle" boat. I think of the ones that take 20 people and put a DM out front, tell you that everybody must stay with the group, and then have another DM or two behind to make sure you don't stray.
Some people around here call anything larger than a 6 pack a cattle boat.

I don't do tours. I don't need someone to watch me.

I ask in advance, when I make the phone call to the dive operation. If its a guided tour, I call someone else.

As Jennifer says... Ocean Divers is definitely one of the larger boats in Key Largo... Haven't been on it, because it looks a little TOO big for me.
