For carrying gear to and on the boat, or in the car/truck to the dive site,
I use this bag.
Scuba Toys MeshBackPack

I've used it 60+ dives and its still going strong.
Has nice padded straps and holds all my gear including
BC. I really like the internal zipped pocket that is the full
length. It is great for storing a towel. While not a true
drypack type of seal it has kept the towel dry on all the boat
dives I've been on.

Backpack straps are nice because so many places I've been
have stairs or rough terrain that wheels simply wouldn't work
very well.

Best part is it comfortable enough that my wife can carry all
her own gear and I don't have to carry it for her. :D

Im a big fan of the Akona mesh duffel backpack style. I picked one up a few months ago, and now all my dive buddies have one.
