I was looking at adding a crotch strap for my BC, but the fact that it crosses at a critical point concerns me, especially when the BC is fully inflated at the same time I am being pulled down by weights, or in the case of being hoisted up by a chopper.
I noticed that Zeagle SAR BC has a lifting harness that does not put pressure on the jewels, and since my BC has 4 D-rings at roughly the same location (near front, and side,) I thought I could get a harness like that. I am just wondering if anybody sells something like that, or do I have to make one myself.
You could see it here:

I actually tried it with a couple of straps, but instead of the criss-cross, each strap stayed on its own side. Quite comforatble, and could practically support the BC by the shoulder strap area w/o discomfort.
They also have a split saddle harness, but it seem to give you a massive wedgie when doing search and rescue by chopper.
