Where do you get your colored dive gear?

Yellow "jet" fins ... aqua-tek-point - Dive System TECH FIN gelb yellow

This actually makes me wonder, because some of my gear like my fins are black/red and my snorkel is red but my dive computer is yellow/black, and the cover of my BC hose/secondary air supply is blue....if I wanted to paint them so the colors matched, what kind of paint would be best to use?
